Updated cancellation policy

In an ever evolving world my business is also ever evolving. I regularly look at my policies and procedures and see what’s working and what isn’t. I have now updated my cancellation policy to work better for my business, and to allow you to get an appointment easier.

Cancellation Policy, July 2021. This applies to full or part cancellations and reschedules.

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will result in a charge equivalent to 25% of the appointment
  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the appointment
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equivalent to 75% of the appointment
  • Failure to attend an appointment with no prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment 

IMPORTANT: These charges will be taken from your pre payment.

Even though this policy is in place, please don’t use it as a minimum timeframe to cancel, please always give as much notice as possible for cancellations and reschedules, not only to enable you to find a suitable alternative appointment, but also to enable me to fill your original appointment. Realistically I need at least a weeks notice to fill cancellation slots, and even then they may not fill as I have usually already accommodated everybody elsewhere.

So if you know when you want an appointment and you’re sure you can commit to it, feel free to get it booked. And if you’re not sure, you can always wait til you are. I’ll never pressure anyone to book, simply because I just don’t want anyone to have to cancel at a later date. 

If you can’t commit to a date in advance, but then you do struggle to find anything suitable online, please just drop me a message to see if I can get you in somewhere, or I can put you on my wait list so if an appointment does become available, I will let you know. It’s not always possible for me to work extra hours, but I’ll always try and accommodate when I can.
