What is Radio Frequency?
Radio Frequency uses energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis to 38–40°C. This specific range of heat stimulates the production of collagen. Specifically, RF facilitates the attribution of oxygen in the tissues, activates cell metabolism, contributes to the excretion of catabolic residues and stimulates collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid formation in the skin. The body’s physiological response to the radio waves is progressively and naturally tightened skin.
What is electroporation?
An electromagnetic pulse temporarily disrupts skins intercellular electrical connections so that applied therapeutic substances and preparations can be absorbed deep into the skin layers non-invasively. Active substances, like hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants and other substances can therefore penetrate the skin without the need for traditional injections. As a result, a double effect can be achieved: wrinkle smoothing and skin tightening.
In this particular treatment I will use a Hyaluronic Acid Essence, which contains a high concentration of low molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. This serum nourishes the skin, maintains firmness, tightens ageing skin, helps to form new collagen and elastin fibres, stimulates microcirculation and protects the skin from the ageing process.
